The sweet smell of woodsmoke on a snowy day and cooking over a campfire in high summer evokes happy memories for us. By making pizzas on the street using our custom-built wood-fired oven, we hope to bring some of that magic to our urban home.
Big believers in sustainability and provenance, we source our suppliers carefully, using only the best and freshest ingredients. We fuel our fire with kiln-dried oak and beech from sustainable forests in Gloucestershire and only use recycled packaging. Although we make a mean Margherita, we are bold and creative with our seasonal flavours.
